Core Design
Design is the creation of new and better products and improving the existing ones. The process of design is long and time consuming one. From the study of existing ideas, a new idea has to be conceived. Keeping in view, the demand and requirement for skillful designers in Indian industry as well as abroad (especially in medium and large scale industries), in the field of DIE and MOULD DESIGN, we have planned this domain.
Mechatronics (Robotics)
In the increasing competitive environment of the day, Mechatronics has become the key to industrial prosperity. The rapid advancements in the fields of electronics engineering, information technology and systems engineering have been responsible for evolving new concepts aimed at developing highly sophisticated machine tools for enhanced productivity.
CAM
Automation and mass production are associated with advancement in technology. In the mass production units since the quantity of item required is very high, special purpose machines or transfer lines have been used. As the degree of complexity of the component increases and the tolerances become closer, the time to produce the component also increases. To overcome many other problems like these production and to meet the technological requirements, several improvements have been made in the conventional machines as well as manufacturing processes by reducing the manual control elements which gradually led to the development of CAM technology.
This is a special domain incorporated exclusively for students who have their own Crazy (intelligent and innovative) ideas of doing a project. Here the students can put forward their innovative ideas. The idea can be anything such as solution for a practical problem, design of a new product for a particular application and many more…...We assist them in all aspects in converting those ideas into practical and meaningful real time projects.

CAD / CAE:
In this domain the students are free to choose any problem related to any of the Engineering Applications/ Designs. In case, if the students are incapable in identifying the problem, we assist them in identifying and choosing the problem. Later on, the problem will be studied in detail and proper analysis will be carried out to get the required solution using various CAD and CAE softwares (Catia, Pro-E, Uni Graphics, and Ansys).
